Support
TagDragon is produced and maintained by a single developer with a dayjob. There is no helpdesk, SLA, ticket system or formal warranty. You are encouraged to try before you buy. Our support is based upon best effort.
Don't let that worry you though, we take all feedback seriously. If you have feedback, a bug report, a request for change, question or some kind words...just directly email the developer. It's as simple and honest like that. You may also want to check out the documentation in case you have a question.
Note: Upon requesting support, we will check your email address with our payment log. Pirates get no support. They get something else.
Limitations
TagDragon is a robust solution that is optimized to work in many situations, yet the following limitations currently apply:
- Opera. The Opera web browser treats form events different from other browsers. When you navigate the suggestion list and hit [ENTER] to select an entry, Opera will submit the form. A nasty side effect for which we do not have a resolution. As a work-around, you can disable the [ENTER] key in the code, and only allow suggestion list picking using the mouse.
- Tested browsers. TagDragon is tested to work correctly in Firefox 2, Firefox 3, IE6, IE7, IE8 beta2, Safari 3.2.2 and Opera 9.63 (see Opera limitation above). Please do let us know if you encounter any issues on your platform. Hardly a limitation now, is it? TagDragon's browser support is more like a feature!
